Refund & Warranty Policy

1. General Terms

This Refund & Warranty Policy applies to all orders placed with Fortex Composite Materials through https://fortexfrp.com. We aim to maintain long-term partnerships by supplying stable, durable and defect-free FRP panels, roofing sheets and sandwich composite materials. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the custom-processed and heavy nature of FRP materials, refunds are only available under the following verified conditions:

• Manufacturing defects confirmed by Fortex’s quality team before shipment
• Incorrect specifications (e.g., thickness, color, surface, or structure) caused by our production error
• Order cancellation prior to production, provided that no costs have been incurred

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Damage caused by improper handling, cutting or installation
• Minor visual variations within acceptable production tolerance
• Delays caused by freight carriers, customs or third-party logistics

3. Refund Process

If your order qualifies for a refund:

1. Submit a written claim within 7 days of receiving the goods
2. Provide clear photos, order number and packing details
3. Our quality team will review and confirm the case
4. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days via the original payment channel or as credit toward your next order

4. Warranty Coverage

Fortex provides a 1-year limited warranty from the shipment date, covering:

• Structural defects or delamination due to manufacturing issues
• Surface defects that significantly impact material performance

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from incorrect installation or unsuitable tools
• Use beyond recommended environments (e.g., extreme heat exposure)
• Alterations or chemical treatments performed by third parties

5. Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of identifying the issue
• Provide order information, photos and a description of the problem
• After evaluation, Fortex may offer replacement materials, partial refunds, or credit as appropriate

6. Limitation of Liability

Fortex’s liability is limited to the value of the defective product. We are not responsible for:

• Installation labor or additional project costs
• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays or third-party services
