Find quick answers about WDF aluminum honeycomb panels, composite systems, OEM/ODM supply and global project delivery.

WDF focuses on Aluminum Honeycomb CoreAluminum Honeycomb Panels, and Composite Panels (stone / stainless steel / FRP options) for façade cladding, interior wall & ceiling systems, elevator decoration, transportation interiors, and cleanroom partitions. You get stable flatness, reliable bonding performance, and finish consistency for repeat projects.

Yes. You can specify structure + finish + fabrication, including:

  • Panel thickness, aluminum skin thickness, and core specs (cell size / density)
  • Surface options: PVDF / anodized / stone-look / wood-look / brushed / mirror finishes
  • Cut-to-size, edge finishing, CNC openings, and batch color control (RAL available)

This helps you match local specs and shorten site installation time.

MOQ depends on material + finish + fabrication level. Typical starting points:

  • Standard honeycomb panels / cores: project-based MOQ (best priced by container loading)
  • Custom finishes (wood/stone patterns) & CNC fabrication: MOQ increases with complexity

You can combine multiple items in one container for distributor orders and multi-project planning.

You can use T/T or L/C for project supply. Common trade terms include FOBCIF, and (for selected destinations) DDP. If you are importing for the first time, you get full support on packing, loading plans, and export documents.

  • Standard items: typically 15–25 days after deposit (depending on quantity)
  • OEM/custom builds: typically 25–35 days based on structure, coating, and fabrication

You receive production updates to keep your project schedule predictable.

Yes. You can request small standard samples for evaluation (courier cost usually applies). For engineering approval, larger samples or mock-up panels can be prepared at cost with the exact structure and finish you plan to purchase.

WDF is based in Foshan, Guangdong, China—a major aluminum manufacturing hub. Factory resources include honeycomb core production, pressing/lamination, CNC cutting and coil coating lines for stable export supply.

You can source WDF panels for projects in USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, UK, France, Italy, plus the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Typical partners include distributors, façade contractors, and project procurement teams.

You get full-process QC from incoming material to final inspection, typically covering:

  • Panel thickness, flatness, and surface consistency
  • Bonding performance and structural stability
  • Finish checks for coating adhesion and color uniformity

Quality systems and test reports can be shared for project submittals.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Frequently Ask Questions

Most quotes are available in USD (common for global shipping). If your procurement requires EUR/GBP/AUD, you can request it in the inquiry—so your internal approval and landed-cost calculation stays clean.

For standard export orders, you usually confirm with a deposit, then pay the balance against shipment documents or before dispatch—based on trade term and your order structure.

Yes. You receive PI for approval, plus export documents typically including commercial invoice, packing list, and B/L (and other documents if required by your destination or project specs).

Honeycomb panels are usually planned by container loading (CBM) and packaging safety. You get a loading plan to optimize cartons/crates and reduce damage risk—especially for finished surfaces.

For selected destinations and order types, DDP can be arranged. If you prefer to use your own forwarder, you can also ship FOB/CIF—whichever fits your procurement policy.
