Payment Terms

1. Scope

These Payment Terms apply to all transactions with Foshan Wonderful Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (WDF) through honeycombmetal.com. They are designed to keep your ordering process predictable—especially for distributors, OEM partners, and project-based procurement.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To support international B2B orders, WDF accepts:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) – 100% deposit to start production, 100% balance before shipment.
• Letter of Credit (L/C) – Irrevocable L/C at sight, subject to internal approval and document requirements.
• PayPal / Western Union – typically for samples, small orders, or urgent payments (fees may apply).
• Alibaba Trade Assurance – available for buyers who prefer platform-based order protection.

Currency: Payments are made in USD unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Deposit & Balance

• Production is scheduled after the deposit is received and confirmed.
• The remaining balance must be paid before shipment / container release.
• For repeat orders, long-term supply, or high-volume programs, flexible terms can be discussed.

Late or incomplete payments may impact production slots and shipping timelines.

4. Invoices & Export Documents

After deposit confirmation, WDF will issue:

• Proforma Invoice (PI) with confirmed specs, Incoterms, lead time, and payment terms Before shipment, WDF will provide:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List

If required by your customs clearance or internal compliance, WDF can support additional documents such as:

• Bill of Lading (B/L)
• Certificate of Origin (C/O)
• Third-party inspection reports (e.g., SGS/BV/TÜV) when agreed in advance

5. Late Payment / Non-Payment

If payment is not completed as agreed:

• Orders may be paused, held, or cancelled.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production starts, because materials and production capacity are committed.
• Storage, demurrage, or related costs may be charged if goods are delayed due to non-payment.
• WDF reserves the right to retain or dispose of goods if full payment is not received within a reasonable period under the contract.

6. Payment Security & Anti-Fraud Notice

For your payment safety:

• WDF accepts payments only to verified company accounts.
• Do not send funds to personal accounts or third-party agents.
• Always verify account details via official WDF contact channels before remittance.

7. Dispute Resolution

Payment-related disputes will be handled based on:

• The sales contract / PI terms agreed by both parties
• Applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China
• Jurisdiction: Foshan, Guangdong Province, China (unless otherwise agreed in the contract)

WDF aims to resolve issues through documented, professional communication first.
